    Users with the required roles can change their passwords from the business portal.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to the business portal.
    2. Select your user name in the portal header.
    3. Select Profile to display the user profile information.
    4. Select Change Password under Security.
    5. On the Change Password pop-up, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Current Password The existing password.
      New Password
      The new password, which must meet the following requirements:
      • Be a minimum of eight characters long
      • Include at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
      • Include at least one number
      Confirm Password The new password.
    6. Select Change.
