    • Enable a dark theme or mode in ITSM Mobile Agent. This option is commonly used to alleviate eye strain and improve readability.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil, rota_manager, sn_incident_write

    Procedure

    1. Open the ITSM Mobile Agent and tap More.
    2. Tap Settings > Preferences > Theme.
    3. Tap Dark.
