  • Track and manage the compensation that your vendors owe your organization when they breach the service agreement you have with them.

    Using Service Credits, you can:
    • Track the compensation for every breach the vendor has made to the service agreement.
    • Analyze the cumulative effect of multiple breaches by the same vendor from one location.
    • Determine the credits your vendors owe you based on the breach count or the duration of each breach.
    • Mark off credits that you've redeemed, which automatically calculates the amount that the vendor has paid off and the remaining amount, if any, they might still owe your organization.
    • Associate service agreement breaches based on an outage, incident, service availability, or for the vendor.
