    • View planned outages that are currently active so that you can identify task hazards and plan your work execution accordingly. Outages can be planned outages, unplanned outages, or degradation.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_dex_desktop.user or sn_dex_desktop.admin

    Procedure

    On the Desktop Assistant home page, click the Outages card.
    View the list of active outages in the Employee center portal. Clicking any of the records takes you to the outage details page.The Outage page that gives information on the configuration item, the outage type such as outage or degradation, and the date on which the outage ends.
