  • Open Employee Center to get a single, unified portal to find information, get help, and request the services you need.

    Before you begin

    Confirm that the DEX Desktop Assistant [sn_dex_desktop] application has been installed. For more information, see Install Application and Device Health and Download and install Desktop Assistant.

    You must also map the Employee Center card to the Employee Center portal of your organization.

    Role required: sn_dex_desktop.user or sn_dex_desktop.admin

    Procedure

    On the Desktop Assistant home page, click the Employee Center card.
