Get information and entry point into different Digital End-User Experience Application and Device Health features by exploring tabs within the application.

Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace and select one of the tabs in the primary navigation pane.

Page	Description
Landing page	The landing page offers access to information on active alerts, impacted devices, active devices, and the devices world map.
DEX Insights	The Insights page provides a simplified view for device performance, compliance, user interactions, and network health to help you identify issues and remedies before they slow users down.
Applications	The Application list provides insight into monitored installed and web applications, the quantity of incidents and alerts linked to each application, and impacted devices for each application.
Devices	The Device list provides information on the device, its assigned user, last login, matching assignments, status, active alerts, and incidents.
Device details	The Device details page provides information on the device, its assigned user, last logged-in user details and location, matching assignments, status, active alerts, incidents, and host data collection.
DEX Administration	The Administration page provides tools for application management, agent policies, metric rules, active users, administrator count, agent downloads, service status, usage metrics, and system compliance.
