Accessing the Dashboard
To access this dashboard, navigate through: Cloud Discovery Workspace > Cloud Discovery > Schedules. This centralized location allows you to select specific discovery schedules and review their recent run data efficiently.
Key Features
- Resource and CI Counts: View total CIs discovered, newly discovered CIs, and CIs absent from the previous discovery run, enabling you to track changes over time.
- Error Tracking: Monitor the count of discovery errors that occurred during the selected run to identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Performance Metrics: Assess the duration taken for discovery runs, including completed and canceled runs.
- Visual Reports: Includes bar charts for resource counts and time taken for the last 10 discovery runs, sourced from relevant ServiceNow tables.
- Filtering and Sorting: Use choice-based filters to narrow down schedules by cloud provider or schedule name. Sort schedules alphabetically, by error count, or by discovery status to prioritize review.
- Run Selection: Select from the last 10 discovery runs within a schedule to visualize specific run data on the Results tab.

Indicators
- Total Resources
- The indicator displays the total count of Configuration Items (CI) discovered during the selected discovery run.
- Newly discovered
- The indicator displays the count of new CIs discovered during the selected discovery run.
- Absent from last
- The indicator displays the count of CIs missing during the selected discovery run. That is, CIs were discovered during the previous discovery run, but are missing during the selected discovery run.
- Errors
- The indicator displays the count of discovery errors that occurred during the selected discovery run.
- Duration
- The indicator displays the time taken to complete the selected discovery run.
