Use an assigned Express List view

  • Work with an Express List view assigned to you by your Event Management admin to make sure that you focus on specific services, priorities, or alerts.

    Before you begin

    Role required: evt_mgmt_operator, evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the navigation bar, select the Express List icon (Express List icon).
    3. From the drop-down list in the Filters pane, select an Express List view that was assigned to you.
      Your default view is marked as Default.

      Note:
      The Event Management admin may have assigned more than one view to you. You can switch between your views and modify and save views that aren't your default view. You can't change or share your default view or override settings in any of your assigned views.
      The Filters pane lists the predefined filters. The Express List table displays the columns that were configured for the selected view.
