    Role required: itil

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the left navigation bar, select the List icon (List icon).
    3. Select the My Lists tab.

    4. Select the list you want to reorder.
    5. Select Reorder to adjust the position of the list.
