• Committed Points: Total story points committed for the sprint, representing planned scope.
• Stories: Total number of stories completed in the previous sprint.
• Completed: Amount of work completed in story points during the previous sprint.
• Stories Missing Estimates: Number of stories in the previous sprint lacking story point estimates.

Data Visualizations and Reports

The dashboard includes key reports to visualize sprint progress and trends:

• Sprint Burndown Report: A line chart showing scope and pace of work completion against an ideal burndown trajectory. This report includes:
  • Scope: Planned work for the sprint.
  • Ideal Burndown: Expected progress rate to complete work on time.
  • Remaining: Actual work left to complete. Comparison with the ideal burndown indicates if the team is ahead or behind schedule.

  This visualization helps Scrum Masters assess if the team is on track and adjust workload planning accordingly.

• Sprint Burnup Report: A line chart displaying completed work over time and scope changes during the sprint. It includes:
  • Scope: Planned work for the sprint.
  • Completed: Amount of work finished during the sprint.

  This report helps analyze scope fluctuations and team progress trends.

Upgrade and Customization

Customers upgrading from version 1.0.2 or earlier should reinstall this dashboard from the Solution Library to access updated layouts and the Sprint Burnup report. Both Burndown and Burnup reports are customizable to suit specific analysis needs, enhancing flexibility in tracking sprint performance.
