Activate integration

  • Activate integration allows you to enable a previously deactivated connector integration, restoring its functionality. This feature helps you seamlessly resume data flow and integration activities, ensuring continuity and efficient event management without the need to reconfigure the integration.

    Before you begin

    Ensure the integration is deactivated.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the left pane, select the Integrations Launchpad icon (Integration Launchpad icon)
    3. Select the Installed integrations tab.
    4. For the integration that you want to activate, select the Ellipses icon (Ellipsis horizontal icon) and then select Activate.

      The selected integration is activated, and its status is shown as Active on the installation tile.
