    • Rename a list to better reflect its content or purpose. This customization allows operators to align list names with their workflow terminology, improving clarity and usability.

    Before you begin

    Role required: itil

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the left navigation bar, select the List icon (List icon).
    3. Select the My Lists tab.
    4. Select the list you wish to rename.
    5. Select the settings icon (Settings icon) and then select Rename.

    6. In the Rename pop-up window, in the Title field, rename the name of the list and select Save.
      The list is renamed.
