  • Use the Service Exchange application with Public Sector Digital Services to enable government agency providers to create and publish catalogs of services, receive and fulfill requests generated from consumers, and establish integrations with other agency instances.

    A government agency provider can use Service Exchange for Public Sector Digital Services to facilitate various types of communication between them and other agencies, such as:​

    • Grants and Funding Management​
    • Dispute resolution
    • Crisis Coordination
    • Secure Inter-agency Data Sharing
    • Field Technician Dispatch (requires an Integration with Field Service Management)
