  • As a Grants Program Manager, you can define the budget documents and cumulative budget subtotals that applicants are required to provide in the “Add proposal budget” section of their proposal.

    While the activity is in progress the Grant Program Manager can select multiple forms/documents using the reference field under the required budget documents section. The GPM can add multiple documents using the +Add document item controller. The documents can also be deleted using the trash bin icon after every field. The GPM can also select the document categories for the program.

    After the GPM has added all the required budget forms/documents and budget categories, they can mark the activity complete. This activity allows the GPM to come back even after completion to edit, add or delete any budget documents or categories.
