Add a document category to a Public Sector Digital Services application

  • You can decide which documents are displayed and accepted in these activities. These are determined by document categories, which can be added to the application UI using UI Builder.

    Role required: admin

    Procedimento

    1. Copy the sysID of the document category record that you just created.
    2. Navigate to All > Workflow Studio and select the application you wish to add the document category to.
    3. Select Upload documents > UI Layout, then select Show Additional Options.
    4. In the Document Verification Task Encoded Filter field, enter a comma, then the copied sysID of the document category record.
      Nota:
      The sysID for Proof of Identity document category has been added by default. To add one or more new document categories to be displayed in this activity, enter the corresponding sysIDs separated by commas.
    5. Select Save and Close.
