Configure the Documents related list in Information Request Playbook

  • An admin can configure a related list called "Documents" to appear in the Dynamic Related Records List in Information Request Playbook. When selected, the document will open in a separate workspace tab, which allows agents to see all document versions.

    • Last Updated Date
