Configure constituents in Public Sector Digital Services
A constituent is a customer in the business-to-consumer (B2C) business model. As an admin, you can use Guided Setup, or the Public Sector Digital Services application, to create constituent records.

Constituents can have multiple addresses, one of which is the primary address. They can belong to a household. see Configure households in Public Sector Digital Services
A constituent can also register themselves and their household memberships directly on the Government Service Portal, creating a constituent record for themselves and anyone in their household. Procedimento
- You can import existing constituents using a guided setup.
- You can create constituents using the Public Sector Digital Services application.
