The Automation Center Overview dashboard is the landing page within the Automation Center Workspace that provides a consolidated view of active and future automations through scorecards, lists, and reports. ServiceNow customers can access this dashboard via two navigation paths: through All > Automation Center > Automation Center Home > Overview or Workspaces > Automation Center Workspace > Overview.

Active Automations
This section gives detailed insights into all active automations from various sources, highlighting their business criticality. Users can filter data by date range, specific automation, or department to tailor the displayed information. Without filters, all active automation data is shown.
- Deployed Automations by Business Criticality: Visualizes the number of automations categorized by their criticality level, helping prioritize management efforts.
- Execution Summaries by Source: Summarizes active automation executions from multiple sources such as ServiceNow Flow, ServiceNow RPA, and third-party integrations, providing insight into the provenance and activity level of automations.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by Source: Displays timelines for RPA automations grouped by source, enabling tracking of automation activity periods.
- Automations by ServiceNow Flow: Details ServiceNow Flow automations with associated timelines.
- Document Intelligence (DocIntel): Shows timelines for Document Intelligence automations.
- Top 10 Applications Used: Reports the top 10 business applications associated with automations, assisting in understanding application impact. (For more details, see Business application relationship with CIs.)
Spokes & Transactions
This section outlines the status and usage of spokes and transactions related to your instance. Access requires either the snac.automationtechnicaluser or snac.automationadmin role.
- Total Entitled Spokes: Number of spokes you are entitled to and installed.
- Installed Spokes: Count of spokes currently installed.
- Configured Spokes: Spokes with configured connections.
- Total Entitled Transactions: Transactions available for use.
- Consumed Transactions: Transactions already utilized.
- Applications with Most Transactions: Lists scope applications with highest transaction volume, filterable by time period (default is last month).
- Spokes with Most Transactions: Shows spokes with the highest transaction usage, also filterable by time period.
Future Automations
This section presents all active automations planned for future deployment. Users can filter by department or view all departments if no filter is applied.
- New Requests: Automation requests currently in the New state.
- Requests by Intake Source: Groups automation requests by their origin, such as Web, Process Mining, or Service Request.
- Requests to be Deployed: Lists automation requests that are ready for deployment.
- Most Recent Requests: Displays automation requests sorted from newest to oldest.

Active automations
Active automations provides details of all the active automations from different sources and their business criticality. You can filter the data to view information within a specific date range, for a specific automation, or for a specific department. After you set the filter, the results will be displayed only for the specified filter. If you don’t set any filter, then data for all active automations is displayed.
The Active automations section provides reports with the following details in the form of chart.

| Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by source | This chart displays the automations for all RPAs grouped by sources. The graph gives details of the time lines when the RPA data was sent to Automation Center. |

Spokes & Transactions

| Total entitled spokes | Displays the number of spokes that you are entitled and installed in your instance. |
| Installed spokes | Displays the number of spokes that are installed in your instance. |
| Configured spokes | Displays the number of spokes for which connections are configured in your instance. |
| Total entitled transactions | Displays the number of transactions that are available for use. |
| Consumed transactions | Displays the number of transactions that you have used. |
| Applications with most transactions | Displays the applications (scope applications) with most transactions. You can filter the results for specific time period. By default, the last one month's data is displayed. |
| Spokes with most transactions | Displays the spokes with most transactions. You can filter the results for specific time period. By default, the last one month's data is displayed. |
Future automations
The Future automations section provides details about all active automations that are planned for the future.
You can filter the data by department. If no department is selected, the data is displayed for all departments.
