    RPA Hub Workspace overview

    ServiceNow® RPA Hub Workspace is a web-based platform that helps you orchestrate ServiceNow robots to execute ongoing business processes. Use attended and unattended robots in your environment to create, monitor, manage, and deploy a digital workforce.

    RPA Hub is the default landing page of the RPA Hub Workspace. You can access this page in two ways:
    • By navigating to All > Robotic Process Automation > RPA Hub Workspace and then selecting the home icon (Home icon.).
    • By navigating to Workspaces > RPA Hub Workspace.
    This page contains descriptions about the following basic score card, lists, and reports that you can use to manage your digital workforce:
    Bot process summary
    Vertical bar charts of the incident records that involve bot processes or a robot. In the Insights section, view a donut report of robots states. You can also see an overview of the change records associated with the robots, bot processes, and business applications that are related to the bot processes

    Lists view

    From the list icon (List icon.), you can configure a bot process record and create a package, shared parameter, queue, and robot. You can also view the installed RPA plugins, alerts, and process jobs.

    You can create your own filtered lists to monitor your digital workforce by configuring My Lists. These lists are only visible to you. For more information, see Create My Lists in workspace.

    Help center

    Help Center provides users with the information they need, and tells users what they can accomplish while they're using a configurable workspace.
