The Home page is organized into four main tabs: Crisis events, Business impact analysis, Planning, and Exercises. Each tab presents multiple cards summarizing records by state, detailed views of selected items, and graphical tracking of ongoing activities, enabling efficient oversight and action.
Crisis events tab
- Crisis events overview: Displays counts of crisis events by states such as In progress, Pending, Approved, Closed, etc.
- Details panel: Shows detailed information of crisis events in the selected state, including active status, due activities, participants, approvals, assignees, assignment groups, business duration, and impacted services.
- Monitoring and tracking: Pie charts visualize asset recovery status, plan statuses, and task statuses related to ongoing crisis events.
- Report crisis action: Provides a button to create a new crisis event via a guided form.
Business impact analysis tab
- Business impact analysis overview: Summarizes business impact analyses by states including Draft, In review, Pending approval, Approved, Expired, and Archived.
- Details panel: Displays details like name, description, applicability, state, and last update of selected analyses.
- Monitoring and tracking: Pie charts show assets categorized by recovery time objectives (RTO) and recovery tiers to help prioritize recovery efforts.
- Create BIA action: Button to initiate a new business impact analysis with a form to capture necessary details.
Planning tab
- Business continuity plan overview: Lists plans by state such as Draft, In review, Approved, Archived, etc.
- Details panel: Provides plan name, description, state, and update information for selected plans.
- Monitoring and tracking: Pie charts categorize plans by presence of exercises and crisis events, helping identify gaps or active continuity efforts.
- Create BCP action: Button to create new business continuity plans through a guided form.

- Exercises overview: Displays exercise events by states such as In progress, Pending, Approved, Closed, etc.

You can review the crisis events in various states, details of the selected crisis events, and monitoring and tracking of the crisis events.
