The Tasks page in Operational Resilience Workspace offers a consolidated view of your pending tasks, your group's tasks, and tasks on your watchlist, enabling you to manage and update tasks directly from the dashboard. The List view allows you to configure operational resilience tasks and perform key activities such as setting up business services, analyzing their importance and impact tolerance, conducting scenario analyses, and generating self-attestation reports.

Key Features
- Tasks page tabs:
- My pending tasks: Displays tasks assigned to you that require action, filtered by states like Draft/New, In progress, Needs my approval, Needs my review, Overdue, and Pending response. Only in-progress tasks are shown; closed and canceled tasks are accessible via their respective forms.
- My items: Shows tasks assigned to the signed-in user, such as an Operational Resilience Manager.
- Watchlist: Lists tasks you are monitoring. Notifications appear here when tasks are approved or completed.
- Data visibility: Task data shown is role-based, ensuring users see relevant tasks only.
- Customization: Operational Resilience administrators can customize the Tasks page configurations through the Tasks Page Configuration record accessible via GRC Landing Page Configurations.
- Landing page recommendations: Operational Resilience managers and users receive relevant task recommendations on their landing page.
- List view capabilities: Enables setting up business services, assessing their importance and impact tolerance, performing scenario analysis, and generating self-attestation reports to certify services.

The Tasks page in Operational Resilience Workspace provides a single-pane view of your pending tasks, your group's tasks, and the tasks that are on your watchlist. You can also update the tasks directly from the dashboard. On the List page, you can configure your operational resilience tasks.

If you have the Operational Resilience administrator role, you can customize Operational Resilience Workspace by updating the Tasks page configurations. To update the Tasks page configurations, you can navigate to in your instance.
If you have the Operational Resilience manager or Operational Resilience user roles, you can also get relevant recommendations on your resilience tasks on the landing page.
