Adding attachments to assessment

    • You may have documents or image files that provide additional information for the assessment, you can attach these documents to assessments in the open state. These documents and image files can be added as attachments to the assessment for reference.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_smart_asmt.actor

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to your workspace and then to your list of assessments.
      Here’s an example of how to navigate to this list in the Compliance Workspace.
      1. Navigate to Workspaces > Compliance Workspace
      2. Select the list icon (List icon.).
      3. Navigate to Control attestations > Smart Assessments.
    2. Select the assessments in which you want to add the attachments.
    3. From the contextual sidebar, select the Attachment icon Attachment icon..
      The Attachments sidebar appears.
    4. Select the Select file button.
    5. Select a file from your local computer and select Open.
      The selected file appears in the Attachments list.
    6. Repeat the process to add multiple attachments.
