Add related controls to a citation manually

    Before you begin

    Role required: Compliance Manager (sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_manager) or Corporate Compliance Analyst (sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst)

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Compliance Workspace.
    2. Select the List icon (List icon.).
    3. Navigate to Compliance library > Citations.
    4. Select the citation where you want to associate additional controls.
    5. In the Citation page, navigate to the Controls tab, and select Add.
      The Controls available for associations displays only the eligible controls that can be associated to the citation:
      • Controls within the citation’s hierarchy (directly associated control objectives and their descendants).
      • Independent controls.
    6. Select the controls that you want to associate and select Add.

    Result

    The new controls now appear in the Controls tab. And the Compliance score for the citation is automatically recalculated.
