Upload an artifact version in Enterprise Architecture Workspace

    • Upload a new version to an existing artifact in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Important:
    Starting from Xanadu Patch 4 release, the Architectural Artifact Versions tab has been deprecated from the Portfolio page of Enterprise Architecture Workspace. However, you can still leverage the same features using the Enterprise Architecture Workspace. To learn more, see .

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspace > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon Portfolio icon.
    3. Select the expand row icon (Expand Row icon) next to Information Portfolio.
    4. Select Architectural Artifact Versions.
    5. Select Upload version.
    6. In the form, fill in the fields.

    7. Select Save.
