Add or edit diagram version details

  • You can add or edit version-specific details for a diagram to improve change management and compliance. Adding diagram version details ensures better clarity between all stakeholders in the context of the diagram and timelines.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_apm.apm_user and Owner or Editor access to the artifact or diagram

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Modeling page by selecting the Enterprise Modeling and Visualization icon (Enterprise Modeling and Visualization icon.).
    3. Select a diagram from the Diagrams page.
    4. Select the View details icon (View details icon.) next to the version drop-down.
    5. To add or edit diagram version details, select Edit.

    6. On the Edit version detail form, fill in the fields.

    7. Select Save.

    Result

    The diagram version details are added. The diagrams List view shows details of the latest and approved versions.
