Resume an invoice case in Business Portal

  • Pick up an invoice case where you left off by resuming draft invoice cases from Business Portal.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice.customer

    Procedure

    1. Log in to the Business Portal.
    2. Select Requests > View submitted requests > View cases & tasks.
    3. From the Categories list, select My Invoice Cases.
    4. Select the invoice case to resume.
      Note:
      Invoice cases must be in the Draft state to edit and submit.
    5. Select the Process tab.
    6. Submit your invoice case using the invoice creation playbook.

    Result

    The invoice case is created and its state changes to New.
