Configuring Territory Level

  • Create territory levels to categorize territories such as regional, district, area, and global for better organization of territories.​

    Before you begin

    Role required: sales territory admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Sales Territory Management > Territory Level.
    2. Select  New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields:
      Table 1. Territory Level form
      Fields Description
      Name Name of the territory level that you want to create, for example: Global, Industry, Area, Region, District, and Territory.
      Description Short description of the level.
      Order Integer to define order of records for sorting purpose.
    4. Select Submit.
      The new territory level is created.
