Dispatchers can show multiple time zones on the calendar in Dispatcher Workspace that are stacked on top of each other. Showing multiple time zones makes it easier to see every agent’s schedule in their local time zone at a glance.

Before you begin

Role required: wm_dispatcher

You must have Show multiple time zone rows enabled, and multiple time zones input in the Select time zones for calendar setting. For more information, see the Calendar section on Enable Dispatcher Workspace settings.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
3. Select the Calendar, or Hybrid view.
4. Select Add time zones and select up to three time zones.
