Flag or unflag tasks from the list

    • Flag tasks from the list to track their progress. Flagged tasks appear in Dispatcher Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_dispatcher

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > CSM/ FSM Configurable Workspace.
    2. Select the List List icon.
    3. Select the list that contains the tasks you want to flag or unflag.
    4. Select the tasks to flag or unflag.
    5. Choose from the following action.
      ActionSelection
      Flag tasks Select Flag Tasks.
      Unflag tasks Select More actions more actions > Unflag Tasks
      The tasks appear as flagged or unflagged in both the list and Dispatcher Workspace.
