Remove a temporarily added agent from Dispatcher Workspace

  • You can remove an agent from Dispatcher Workspace that you temporarily added.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_dispatcher

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
    3. Choose from the following:
      To remove a single agent from the top of the calendar Select the more actions more actions icon next to the agent that you want to remove, then select Remove.
      To remove all agents that were added to the top of the calendar Select the more actions more actions icon at the top of the calendar next to where it says Added agents, then select Remove.
