Create an ad hoc filter

    • Create ad hoc filters directly from Dispatcher Workspace.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_dispatcher

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select the Dispatcher Workspace.
    3. In the drop-down of the filter search field, select Create New Filter.
    4. Set up the conditions for the filter.
    5. Optional: To save this filter for future use, select Save filter.
      1. Enter a Filter Name.
      2. Select Save.
    6. Select Update.

    Result

    The new filter is added to the filter search drop-down.
    • If the filter wasn't saved, it’s added as Temporary filter.
    • If the filter was saved, the new filter is added to the drop-down and to List > Saved Filters > Task Filters.
