Zoom in or out on the calendar

    • Adjust the calendar zoom level in Dispatcher Workspace to view task details more clearly.

    Before you begin

    Role required: wm_dispatceher

    Show zoom controls must be enabled to zoom in or out on the calendar. For more information, see Enable Dispatcher Workspace settings.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Field Service > Dispatching > Dispatcher Workspace.
    2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
    3. Select the Expand Toolbar icon expand toolbar to display the zoom controls
    4. Select the Zoom in icon zoom in or the Zoom out icon zoom out.
      Note:
      You can’t zoom out farther than 100%.
    5. Optional: Select the zoom percentage to reset the zoom back to 100%.
