AI Search Genius Results widget options

    • The AI Search Genius Results widget includes a number of options. Administrators can customize values for these options to control how the widget behaves for a record producer.

    Option Description
    continue_button_label Label for Continue button in the record producer.

    Type: string

    Default value: Continue
    disable_attachments Whether to display attachments in Genius Results shown in the record producer.

    Type: true | false

    Supported values:
    • FALSE: Display attachments in Genius Results for the record producer.
    • TRUE: Don't display attachments in Genius Results for the record producer.

    Default value: FALSE
    disable_save_as_draft_button Whether to show the Save as draft button in the record producer.

    Type: true | false

    Supported values:
    • FALSE: Show Save as draft button in the record producer.
    • TRUE: Hide Save as draft button in the record producer.

    Default value: FALSE
    disable_submit_button Whether to show the Submit button in the record producer.

    Type: true | false

    Supported values:
    • FALSE: Show Submit button in the record producer.
    • TRUE: Hide Submit button in the record producer.

    Default value: TRUE
    search_application Whether to use the search application from the record producer configuration or the search application from the portal when looking for Genius Results.

    Type: string

    Supported values:
    • aisrp: Use the search application from the record producer configuration.
    • portal: Use the search application from the portal configuration.

    Default value: aisrp
    search_event When to search for Genius Results.

    Type: string

    Supported values:
    • on_change: Search when the user moves the focus from the record producer's search field to another field.
    • on_wait: Search when the user stops entering text in the record producer's search field.

    Default value: on_wait
    search_loading_text Text shown while a search is looking for Genius Results.

    Type: string

    Default value: Now Assist is generating the results…
    search_type Search result types to show.

    Type: string

    Supported values:
    • genius_result: Show Genius Result cards but no suggestions.
    • genius_result_and_suggestions: Show Genius Result cards and suggestions.

    Default value: genius_result_and_suggestions
    show_buttons_on_load Whether to show buttons when the form loads.

    Type: true | false

    Supported values:
    • FALSE: Hide buttons when the form loads.
    • TRUE: Show buttons when the form loads.

    Default value: TRUE
    solution_found_button_label Label for solution-found button that cancels incident/case creation.

    Type: string

    Default value: Cancel
    sources_label Label for sources.

    Type: string

    Default value: Sources
    suggestions_label Label for related content suggestions.

    Type: string

    Default value: Related Content
