Link issues and operational vulnerabilities

    • Link an issue to your scenario analysis by either creating a new issue or adding an existing one. You can also include operational vulnerabilities in the analysis to identify resilience gaps and create a plan to mitigate them.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_oper_res.manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Operational Resilience Workspace > All scenario analysis and select the scenario analysis that you’re working on.
    2. In the scenario analysis form, navigate to the Issues tab.

      You can add an existing issue to the analysis or create an issue that you can add to the analysis.

      Note:
      If you’ve associated an open issue with your scenario analysis, you can still request an approval for the scenario analysis. It isn’t required to close the open issues for requesting an approval for the scenario analysis.

      Select New. Create an issue that you can add to the scenario analysis. The following example shows how to create an issue that you can add to the scenario analysis.

    3. In the Operational vulnerabilities tab, add an operational vulnerability to the scenario analysis.
      1. Select New.
        The Create New Operational vulnerability form is displayed.
      2. On the form, fill in the fields.

    4. Select Save.

    What to do next

    Request the scenario analysis approval and as the analysis approver, approve the scenario analysis. For information, see Submit the scenario analysis and receive an approval.
