Remove assessment contributors

    • The assessment owner can remove contributors from an assessment as needed.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to your workspace and then to your list of assessments.
      Here’s an example of how to navigate to this list in the Compliance Workspace.
      1. Navigate to Workspaces > Compliance Workspace
      2. Select the list icon (List icon.).
      3. Navigate to Control attestations > Smart Assessments.
    2. Select the assessments from which you want to remove the contributors.
      The assessment owner and admin can remove contributors from the assessment.
    3. Select the Contributors iconContributor icon. on the contextual sidebar.
    4. Select Remove user option using the Manage user icon. on the contributor tile that you wish to remove.
    5. Read the warning message in the confirmation dialog and select Remove user.
