Assigning a territory on lead
You can update the primary territory on a lead in which Sales Territory Management has been implemented.
Before you begin
Role required: sales territory admin (or a user with sales territory override role)
Procedure

In the CSM Configurable Workspace, select the List
view.
- Navigate to and select the lead you want to update the territory.
- On the Details tab, update the Territory field with the other available territories.
- Select Save.
