- Tabs Overview: The Tasks page includes three key tabs:
- My Pending Tasks: Shows tasks assigned to you requiring action, filterable by various states such as Draft, In Progress, Needs Approval, and Overdue.
- My Items: Displays tasks specifically assigned to you.
- Watchlist: Lists tasks you are monitoring, with notifications for completed or approved tasks.
- Customization: Users with the Operational Resilience administrator role can customize the Tasks page via the GRC Landing Page Configurations.
- Business Service Setup: The List view allows for setting up business services, analyzing their importance, conducting scenario analyses, and generating self-attestation reports.

Watchlist
If you have the Operational Resilience administrator role, you can customize Operational Resilience Workspace by updating the Tasks page configurations. To update the Tasks page configurations, you can navigate to in your instance.
If you have the Operational Resilience manager or Operational Resilience user roles, you can also get relevant recommendations on your resilience tasks on the landing page.

From the List view, you can set up a business service, analyze its importance and impact tolerance, perform a scenario analysis, and generate a self-attestation report.
