Respond to a regulatory assessment

    • Utilize the Smart Assessment Engine to respond to regulatory assessments from the Employee Center.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_grc.business_user

    About this task

    While performing regulatory assessments on the Tasks page, you can view the following:
    • Guidance for each section of the assessment under the Details section
    • The completion progress

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > GRC Tasks > My to-dos > Open > Regulatory assessments.
    2. Select and open the assigned assessment.
    3. Respond to the questionnaire.
    4. Optional: To reassign the assessment to a different assessor, do the following.
      1. Select More options on the top right.
      2. Select Reassign.
    5. Optional: To cancel the assessment while responding, select Cancel.
    6. Select Submit.
    7. On the confirmation dialog box, select Submit.
    8. On the success dialog box, select OK.

    Result

    The requestor responsible for initiating the assessment can monitor the progress activity by accessing the Regulatory Assessment related list of a regulatory alert.
