Analytics and Reporting Solutions for CAM

    • Platform Analytics Solutions contain prepackaged Performance Analytics and Reporting content for use with other ServiceNow AI Platform products. This Platform Analytics Solution helps you to track and analyze the CAM performance analytics dashboard reports in the Next Experience UI Framework.

    CAM Analytics dashboards

    Important:
    Starting with version 18.1.2 of CAM, the CAM Overview, AO Overview, and SCA Overview dashboards are available in the Next Experience UI Framework.

    If you are upgrading to the Washington DC release, then you can view the CAM dashboards both in the classic UI and in the Next Experience UI Framework. However, if you are a new ServiceNow customer and in Washington DC release and in version 18.1.2 of the CAM application, then you will view the CAM dashboards in the Next Experience UI Framework only.

    Required roles

    The following roles and tasks are associated with this Solution:
    • CAM Administrator (sn_irm_cont_auth.admin): View the reports in the CAM Overview module.
    • Authorization Official (sn_irm_cont_auth.authorization_official): View the reports in the AO Overview.
    • Security Control Assessor (sn_irm_cont_auth.sec_control_assessor): View the SCA Overview module.

    Access the CAM Overview dashboard

    CAM Administrator (sn_irm_cont_auth.admin), System Owner (sn_irm_cont_auth.system_owner), Information System Security Manager (sn_irm_cont_auth.info_system_sec_manager), and Information System Security Officer (sn_irm_cont_auth.info_system_sec_officer) have access to the dashboard.

    To open the dashboard, navigate to All > Continuous Authorization & Monitoring > Analytics Dashboards > CAM Overview.

    Access the AO Overview dashboard

    CAM Administrator (sn_irm_cont_auth.admin) and Authorizing Official (sn_irm_cont_auth.authorization_official) have access to the dashboard.

    To open the dashboard, navigate to All > Continuous Authorization & Monitoring > Analytics Dashboards > AO Overview.

    Access the SCA Overview dashboard
