  • The Sales Common for Channel Partners plugin (com.snc.partner_relationship_management_sales_common) application uses roles to provide access to information, identify internal and external users, and maintain data security.

    The PRM plugin (com.snc.partner_relationship_management) comes with a set of functional and granular roles, each with varying levels of access.

    sn_prm_sales_partner_sales_manager This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2B and B2C customers.
    sn_prm_sales_partner_sales_relationship_manager This role is assigned to enterprise personnel to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for the hierarchy of their channel partners.
