Create additional inflight order change types

    • Define your own enterprise-specific inflight order change types that are used to categorize revisions or requests for cancellations, product orders, service orders, and their related line items.

    Before you begin

    You must be in the Order Management application scope.

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. In the application navigator, enter sn_ind_tmt_orm_inflight_change_type.list to view the Inflight Changes Type (sn_ind_tmt_orm_inflight_change_type) table.
    2. Select New.
    3. In the Name field, enter the name of the inflight order change type.
    4. Select Submit.
