Consolidate renewal quotes to merge multiple quotes for the same account into a single unified quote.
Before you begin
The admin needs to configure the Quotes related list on the Account Details page.
Role required: sn_customerservice_manager and sn_sales_common.sales_agent.
Procedure

Navigate to .

In the List view, navigate to Accounts and select the required account.

On the Account Details page navigate to .

On the Quotes related list, select the quotes that you want to consolidate.

Select Consolidate.

In the Quote Consolidation dialog box that appears, select the target quote from the Select a target quote list.

Select Proceed.
The selected quotes are merged into the target quote. A confirmation message appears with a link to the consolidated quote. The target quote displays a Consolidation History related list
that shows all source quotes that were merged into it.
