Configure questions for demand creation
Add new or modify existing question prompts for Virtual Agent while creating a demand.
Before you begin
Ensure that the following plugins are installed and tasks are completed:
- Now Assist for Platform (v4.0.2)
- Now Assist in Conversational Catalog Request
- Activate the Conversational experience skill
- Configure Now Assist in Virtual AgentNote:If Microsoft Teams and Mobile are enabled as the display location for Now Assist in Virtual Agent, your end user can use the conversational experience in these apps to create a demand.
Role required: catalog_admin or admin
About this task
Add different fields of the Demand form as question prompts. Virtual Agent gathers information about these fields in the form of questions when a user provides a basic or an elaborate prompt for creating a demand.
