    Description Brief written description of the evidence
    State Action taken on the piece of evidence.
    Type Type of evidence.
    Evidence location (Physical) If physical evidence, the physical location of the evidence.
    Evidence location (Digital) If digital evidence, the digital location of the evidence.
    Evidence related notes Any additional notes about the evidence.
    Originating Case The case that originated this evidence, and the case that the evidence record is linked to.
    Originating Case ID The id of the case that the evidence record is linked to.
    Security classification Determines access to evidence based on user or team role.
    Restrict access? Whether to restrict access to certain roles. Yes/No.
    Collection Location Where the evidence was collected from.
    Collected By The individual who collected the evidence.
    Collection Date The date on which the evidence was collected.
    Collection Time The time in which the evidence was collected.
    Source From Whether the evidence record is from an investigative task, a related case, or other.
