Email notifications for the Investigative Case Type
Email notifications are automatically triggered by the Investigative Case Management. In Public Sector Digital Services, notifications can result from an agent action, a response needed from an agent or constituent, or from an update on a case status.
Email notifications in the Investigative Case Management workspace are automatically sent to the investigator (case agent) when:
- A case is assigned to the agent.
- The assigned to field is modified.
- The case has been inactive for 10 days.
