The Vehicle form allows you to create a new vehicle entity record within an investigative case, and capture as many identifiable details about the vehicle as possible. Not all fields are mandatory, but a minimum amount of information is required for the record to be searchable within ICM.

Vehicle	Search for an existing record in the master index to auto-fill its information. If the vehicle record has not yet been created, skip this and enter the details manually.
Short Description	Short Description
License plate number	License plate number
State/Country of Registration	State/Country of Registration of the vehicle.
Make	Make of the vehicle.
Model	Model of the vehicle.
Year	Year of the vehicle.
Color	Color of the vehicle.
VIN	VIN number of the vehicle, if any.
Type/Body Style	Type/Body Style of the vehicle.
Country of Registration	Country the vehicle is registered in.
Status	Status of the vehicle.
Manufacturer Name	Manufacturer of the vehicle.
Information Completeness	Not all fields are mandatory, but a minimum amount of information is required for the record to be searchable within ICM. The information completeness field indicates whether or not that minimum requirement is met. Displays as Partial or Complete.
Notes	Any additional information.
