As a registered constituent, view your profile, update your information, and change
your password directly on the Public Sector Digital Services government service
portal.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_gsm.constituent
Procedure

Log in to the government service portal.

Select your user name in the portal header and select
Profile.

To update the personal information in your profile, including your name, contact information, and address, do the following steps:

Select the field that you want.

In the pop-up window, enter the new information.

Select Save.

To change your password, select Change Password.
The Change Password link appears on the government
service portal profile only when the Self Service Password Reset plugin
(com.snc.password_reset) is activated by an admin.

In the Change Password pop-up window, fill in the fields and select Update.

To manage your email notification preferences, select Notification
Preferences and check the options that you want or clear the
options that you don't want.
Your preferences are automatically saved.
