AI workers can function like team members in an assignment group. Selecting the name and icon of your AI worker allows you to customize how it appears in in-product agentic AI displays on record forms or lists.
The user ID of the AI worker refers to the record on the User table that corresponds to the worker. The user record must have the AI identity type to choose for an AI worker.

Navigate to .

In the AI workers tab, select the AI worker you want to edit.

In the Profile tab, select the edit icon next to the name of the AI worker.

Enter a first and last name for your AI worker.
You can give your AI worker a first and last name. The last name can be the role that the AI worker plays as a member of your team to clarify its purpose.

Select a department for your AI worker.

Select Upload image to update the profile icon.
The profile icon must be a file with extension .png, .jpg, or .jpeg. The recommended size is AxB pixels.

Enter a description for your AI worker.
You can use this field to describe the basic functions of the AI worker and its benefits to your team.

Select Save to save your changes.
You can make additional changes to your AI worker before selecting save. Changing tabs in the AI worker guided setup won't lose your changes.
If you don't select Save before navigating to a new page or closing the browser, your changes are lost.
