Download the ServiceNow AI Lens installer so that you can install the ServiceNow AI Lens on your system for scanning visual data.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllServiceNow AI LensDownloads.
2. In the ServiceNow AI Lens Downloads page, do any of the following actions to download the required application for macOS or Windows:
   * Select the download icon (![Download icon.]()).
   * Select the copy link (![Copy Link icon.]()). In a browser, right-click and select the paste and go option.

   Hinweis:  
   Depending on your browser setting, the browser might automatically save the file to your Downloads folder.
3. Execute the application installation file (.msi file) or (.pkg file).
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the application.
5. From the Privacy \& Security settings on your macOS system, grant ServiceNow AI Lens permission to record your screen. {#download-sn-lens-msi__lens-permission}
