    • The Playbook templates list has a record of Approval Playbook for Now Assist approvals and Asset lifecycle playbook templates.

    The Now Assist approval is a workflow that facilitates the AI asset approval process.

    The AI asset lifecyle is completed by the following steps:
    • Onboarding
    • Assess
    • Build and test
    • Deploy
    You can create your own playbook workflow by customizing the number of steps or rearranging them, as well as applying different security policies.

    To retire an asset, offboarding process is initiated.
